First-time setup

  1. Create an RBdigital account

    On any device, go to corvallisbentonor.rbdigital.com and tap REGISTER. This registration is valid for both magazines and audiobooks.

eMagazines

  1. Borrow and read a magazine

    Go to corvallisbentonor.rbdigital.com. Click Login (in the upper-right corner) > click a book cover > Checkout > Start Reading.
    • When reading a magazine, tap the center of the page for options. The X in the upper-left corner will close a magazine.
    • There is no due date and no checkout limit, but current issues of The Economist only check out to 25 users at one time, so please consider returning it as a courtesy to those who may be waiting.
  2. Return a magazine (optional)

    Click the account icon in the upper right corner > My Magazine Collection > click the trash icon below the book cover > OK.

Getting help

eAudiobooks

  1. Get the OneClick Digital Media Manager desktop app

    Go to corvallisbentonor.rbdigital.com > HELP > SUPPORT and download the PC or Mac desktop app. Sign in to the app with your RBdigital account.

  2. Borrow an audiobook

    Go to corvallisbentonor.rbdigital.com > SIGN IN (in the upper right corner). Use your RBdigital account. Click an audiobook cover > CHECKOUT. An ocdf file will download.

    • Audiobooks will self-return at the end of the 3-week loan period. There is a limit of 6 items borrowed and 6 items on hold.
    • Please consider returning the audiobook early as a courtesy to those who may be waiting for it.
  3. Download and listen to an audiobook

    Open the ocdf file on your computer then open the desktop app. If the title is not present in the app, click the Refresh button near the upper-right corner. Click the Play button next to the book cover to listen.

  4. Transfer the audiobook to an mp3 player

    Connect the player to your computer and click Download & Transfer next to your title. iTunes is required for transferring to Apple devices.

    Note: Protected audiobooks cannot be transferred. You can identify protected audiobooks on the OneClick Digital website by clicking on the cover for a detailed view and looking for this symbol: . About 25% of the collection is protected. To browse all non-protected books, click the menu icon rbdigital-menu in the upper left corner > AUDIOBOOKS > VIEW ALL (or VIEW BY GENRE) > FILTER near the upper-left corner > Digital Rights > Non-Protected.
