Meeting Rooms

We have two meeting rooms available to rent at the Corvallis Public Library. Please contact Library Administration to reserve one. Reservation requests will be answered Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.

Main Meeting Room

  • Fee: $25 per hour
  • Capacity: 120 seated, 257 standing
  • Built-in counter space at back of room suitable for concessions or handouts
  • *AV equipment: Zoom Room, wireless and lapel microphones, 3 presentation TVs
  • Dry-erase board with markers/eraser
  • Kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer
  • Podium
  • Steinway piano

*Must be requested at time of reservation. Tech Test required prior to reservation if using AV equipment.

2nd Floor Board Room

  • Fee: $25 per hour
  • Capacity: 12 seated
  • Large conference table
  • AV equipment: presentation TV with HDMI hookup (must provide own laptop), Owl Bar
  • Dry-erase board with markers/eraser
