Meeting Rooms

We have two meeting rooms available to rent at the Corvallis Public Library. Reservation requests will be answered Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. To reserve, contact Library Administration at:

Corvallis Main Meeting Room:

  • Fee:  $25 per hour.
  • Capacity:  120 seated, 257 standing.
  • Rental Limits:  May be rented no more than six times each Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec.
  • Technology and Equipment:
    • Zoom Room, HDMI input, presenter TVs, and sound system – (must provide own laptop). Technology must be requested at time of reservation. A tech test is required prior to reservation if using AV equipment.
    • Dry-erase board with markers and eraser.
  • Kitchen Facilities:  Sink, microwave, and refrigerator.

Corvallis Board Room

  • Fee:  $25 per hour.
  • Capacity:  12 seated (around conference table.)
  • Rental Limits:  May be rented no more than six times each Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec.
  • Technology and Equipment:
    • Presenter TV with HDMI hookup – (must provide own laptop).
    • Two dry-erase boards with markers and eraser.

Monroe Large Meeting Room:

Philomath Community Library Meeting Room
