Public Computers

Yes, we have computers for public use! Please stop by during our hours of operations to take advantage of all their features, including free printing! Located below is information on the types of computers we have available at Corvallis Public Library, Alsea Library, Monroe Library, Philomath Library.

Corvallis Computers

Available Computers:

  • Adult Computers – 5
  • Express Computer – 1
  • Young Adult Computers – 7
  • Kids Computers – 7
  • Catalog Computers – 11
  • Chromebooks – 7

Adult Computers: The adult computers are located on the 2nd floor of the library

Express Computer: This computer is located in front of the Adult Computers and has a 15 minute use time. Please respect other people’s time when using this computer.

Young Adult Computers: The young adult computers are located on the 1st floor of the library and will require a Library Card to access it.

Kids Computers: The kid’s computers are located next to the young adult computers, on the 1st floor.

Catalog Computers: Our catalog computers are located at the front entrance of the library as well as throughout both floors of the library. These do not require a library card and have not age or time limit.

Chromebooks: The Chromebooks are available for use in the library. Please do this, this and this to check one out! Thank you.

To serve everyone equally we have set time limits to the use of our computers.

  • Express Computer – 15 minutes

To use the Adult and Young Adult Computers you must logon with your library card. Everyone is expected to use their own library card.

Alsea Computers

  • Young Adult Computers – 4
  • Kids Computers – 1

Young Adult Computers: Located in the back-left of the library.

Kids Computers: Located next to the Young Adult Computes.

Self Checkout Computer: Located across from the front desk.
